Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. (ECT) has listed Barnes, Ferland and Associates, Inc. (PSI).  ECT has also reaffirmed their commitment to make a good faith effort to comply with EPA's participation goals and will identify at a later date their future DBE/MBE/WBE sub consulting firms.  ECT anticipates 45% utilization for those sub consultants not yet identified and an overall 55% total anticipated sub consultant utilization for this project.

Fiscal & Efficiency Data: The ranking of the Respondents for these professional services has no fiscal impact.
