| | | | | | | | Subject: | FY2013 State Homeland Security Grant Program (SHSGP)– Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) – Subrecipient Agreement, Modification to original agreement | Summary: | This grant funds the sustainment of the Urban Search and Rescue Team, FL TF4, as directed by the FY 2013 State Homeland Security Grant Program (SHSGP). This is a continuing grant which funds sustainment of previously purchased equipment, specialized training related to USAR. This enhances the Urban Search and Rescue Team to respond to terrorism and disaster events of nature. This grant was originally approved by the Orlando City Council on November 25, 2013. The grant award was for USAR sustainment of equipment for $7,999.98 and USAR training for team members for $48,000.02, totaling $56,000.00. This is a modification to the original agreement to add training courses to be completed under this agreement.
