Use of the National Joint Powers Alliance Contract with Alan Jay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for the Purchase of Five (5) Chrysler 200 Automobiles (C14-0322)

Summary:
The Fleet Management Division, Orlando Police Department and Procurement and Contracts Division are requesting to utilize National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) Contract #102811 with Alan Jay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, of Sebring, Florida, for the purchase of five (5) Chrysler 200 automobiles, at a total cost of $103,136.05.
 
These automobiles will replace five (5) automobiles currently in service that are scheduled for replacement. 
 
No City Certified M/WBE suppliers are registered for this commodity.

Recommended Action:
Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to issue a Purchase Order to Alan Jay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, as indicated above, in the estimated amount of $103,136.05.
