Space/Use Agreement for OPD with GOAA.

OPD has a need to store law enforcement and related first responder equipment.  GOAA agrees for OPD to use a portion of a warehouse building on property owned or controlled by GOAA.  The terms and conditions of the Space/Use Agreement are set forth therein.  The terms and conditions of the transaction are exempt from public disclosure pursuant to Sections 199.071 (3) (a) and 281.301, Florida Statutes 2013; therefore, such matters are not disclosed in this agenda item, notwithstanding anything to the contrary otherwise stated herein.

Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Fiscal Impact Statement attached.

Space/Use Agreement not subject to disclosure.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Space/Use Agreement and authorize the Mayor/Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same; all subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
