Subject:Use of the Orange County Contract #Y14-158-DG for Medical Transportation Billing and Collection Services with Advanced Data Processing, Inc., C14-0358
Summary:

Orlando Fire Department EMS Division is requesting to utilize Medical Transportation Billing and Collection Services Contract # Y14-158-DG with Advanced Data Processing, Inc., a subsidiary of Intermedix Corporation of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The current Orange County contract term is three (3) years and is effective to July 30, 2017, with options to renew for two (2) additional two (2) year periods.  This is an indefinite quantity contract.  Actual expenditures will vary as usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding.  Based on prior usage reports and information provided by the primary user, the estimated annual expenditure is $380,000.00.

No City Certified M/WBE suppliers are registered for this commodity.

Fiscal and Efficiency Data: 
Recommended Action:Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to utilize Orange County Contract Y14-158-DG for Medical Transportation Billing and Collection Services with Advanced Data Processing, Inc., a subsidiary of Intermedix Corporation as indicated above, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
