Summary:
At its April 16, 2014 Meeting, the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) elected Frank Kruppenbacher as Chairman and Domingo Sanchez as Treasurer. The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Act, codified in Chapter 16 of the City Charter (GOAA Act), requires that each Board member execute a $10,000 bond payable to the City, and approved by City Council, for the faithful performance of the duties of office, and file an oath of office with the City Clerk. GOAA has requested that City Council approve the attached bond for Mr. Kruppenbacher and accept his oath of office for filing with the City Clerk. The GOAA Act also requires that City Council approve the Treasurer and GOAA has requested that City Council approve the election of Mr. Sanchez as Treasurer. Both the Chairman and Treasurer are elected for two (2) year terms effective April 16, 2014. |
