| | | | | | | | | Subject: | Street Right-of-Way Encroachment and Removal Agreement (Veranda Park Sign) between City of Orlando and Veranda Park Interim Association, Inc. | | Summary: | The Veranda Park Interim Association, Inc., "Association", desires to construct and maintain a neighborhood sign, "Sign," within the street right-of-way of West Point Boulevard, south of Hiawassee Road, which right-of-way is owned and maintained by the City. City staff have reviewed the design and location of the Sign and have no objection to its installation under the limited terms outlined in this Agreement.
