Summary:
On July 28, 2014 City Council approved a Space/Use Agreement for OPD with GOAA.
OPD continues to have need to store law enforcement and related first responder equipment. GOAA agreed for OPD to use a portion of a warehouse building on property owned or controlled by GOAA. Terms and conditions of the Space/Use Agreement were set forth therein. Terms and conditions of the transaction are exempt from public disclosure pursuant to Sections 199.071 (3) (a) and 281.301, Florida Statutes 2013; therefore, such matters were not disclosed in the agenda, notwithstanding anything to the contrary otherwise stated herein.
For the same reasons stated above, terms and conditions of the First Amendment to the Space/Use Agreement are exempt from public disclosure.

Recommended Action:
