Summary:
The Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District's (DSNID) advisory council met on June 11,2014 to discuss the lack of eminent domain authority that could be exercised by the DSNID, the passing of the referendum in May, and to review the fiscal year expenditures to date.  Attached are the the meeting minutes of this meeting for consideration by the DSNID Board of Directors, which is comprised of the individuals serving on the City Council.

Recommended Action:
Accept the meeting minutes of the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District (DSNID) Advisory Council for its June 11, 2014 meeting, and appropriate filing by the City Clerk.
