Third Amendment to Purchase Contract between City and SED Development, LLC
Summary:
On November 20, 2013, the City and SED Development, LLC entered into a contract, "Contract," for the purchase of certain property consisting of the Orlando Police Department Headquarters site and the adjacent parking garage.  The investigative period under the terms of the Contract expires at the end of June, 2014.  Due to the fact that the parties are still negotiating various documents relating the SED's purchase of the property, City and SED desire to extend the inspection period to August 31, 2014.   The contract otherwise remains in full force and effect.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Amendment and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
