Mayor Dyer will call upon Rebecca Sutton, Chief Financial Officer, to recognize Kevin S. McGovern, Automotive Mechanic Supervisor, for his 40 years of service to the City of Orlando.

Mayor Dyer will present a Certificate of Appreciation to Kevin S. McGovern, and Rebecca Sutton will present Kevin McGovern his 40 year pin and recognition.
