A Request for Qualification Statements (RQS) for the subject project was issued on March 10, 2014. Three (3) firms responded to this solicitation and the Consultants' Qualifications Board certified all three (3) firms on April 16, 2014. On May 13, 2014, the Advisory Committee shortlisted all three (3) firms for formal interviews and oral presentations. After final presentations, the Advisory Committee met to generate a ranking of the firms as follows:
