Subordination of Utility Interests
Summary:
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is preparing for the construction of Meadow Woods SunRail Station.  The FDOT has asked OUC and the City of Orlando to subordinate an easement, acquired at no cost by OUC, located within the FDOT Parcel 209.5.  The locations of the affected easement are south of Fairway Wood Boulevard and west of Landstar Boulevard.  There are no OUC facilities within the subordinated portions of the affected easement.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Subordination of Utility Interests and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
