Release of Easement - Orange Ri Hotel Venture, LLC
Summary:
Orange Ri Hotel Venture, LLC has requested that OUC and the City of Orlando release an easement that was originally granted at no cost to OUC on July 2, 1985.  The building that was being served has been demolished and all OUC facilities have been removed.  A new easement will be granted to OUC and the City for new OUC facilities in the area.  The easement being released is located west of North Orange Avenue and south of Colonial Drive.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Release of Easement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
