Summary:
The meeting minutes for the May 14, 2014 Advisory Council meeting are attached to be accepted by the Board of Directors of the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District (DSNID), whose members are the same as the City Council.  Items discussed at this meeting include progress reports on the tax referendum ballots, and pilot agreements for exempt properties voting in the referendum.
 
The Council must temporarily adjourn the City Council meeting and convene a DSNID Board of Directors meeting to consider this item.

Recommended Action:
Accept the meeting minutes of the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District (DSNID) Advisory Council for May 14, 2014, and proper filing by the City Clerk.
