A request for final approval of a major plat titled Randal Park Phase 3C. This is for the Randal Park residential development at the NW corner of Dowden Rd. and SR417. This was approved as a preliminary plat at the April 2013 Technical Review Committee.

The subject property is generally located north of Dowden Road, west of Central Florida Greeneway (SR 417), south of the Beachline Expressway (SR 528), and east of Narcoossee Road ±461.5 acres, District 1. (SUB2014-00002)

Recommend approval of the final major subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorized signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
