Fee Resolution Amendment

Summary:
The fee resolution amendment provides a method for the Division Manager to allow an alternative construction cost to be used for the calculation of the permit fee. This amendment sets performance criteria for construction estimates to be used in lieu of the "Building Valuation Data" table as published by the International Code Council. Costs provided will be verified by the Division Manager and Director of Economic Development. At the end of the project, the construction costs will be verified and adjustments made to the permit fees as needed.
