Specific Items Approved by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) at its April 16, 2014 Meeting

Summary:
Pursuant to GOAA's Charter and the attached memorandum dated May 12, 2014 to the Mayor and City Commissioners, GOAA has requested that City Council concur in GOAA's approval of the following consent agenda items from its April 16, 2014 meeting (draft meeting minutes attached):
 
Item H - concur in the expenditure of funding in the not-to-exceed amount of $11,028,000 from Capital Expenditure Funds to proceed with the Fiber Infrastructure Program at Orlando International Airport (OIA).
 
Item K - concur in the use of Discretionary Funds in a not-to-exceed amount of $450,000 for services related to the future South Terminal Complex at OIA, and include this expenditure in GOAA's current year budget.   
 
Item P - concur in the disposal of surplus property that is no longer necessary, useful or profitable in the operation of the airport system. A list of the surplus property  is attached and includes computers, monitors and related equipment; electronic equipment; assorted chairs, desks, cabinets bookcases and tables; hotel equipment; and miscellaneous equipment.
