Skyhouse Encroachment Agreement
Summary:
Skyhouse, as Grantor, and the City and OUC, as Grantees, entered into a Water Utility Easement dated August 30, 2012.  The attached Encroachment Agreement recognizes that a small portion of the water easement area is under the corner of the Skyhouse parking garage and provides that the City and OUC will not be liable for damages associated with the encroachment.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Encroachment Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
