Amendment to License Agreement between GOAA, City of Orlando and BellSouth Communications
Summary:
In 1994 GOAA granted a license to BellSouth for telecommunication equipment and associated underground cables. The construction of a WaWa store at the corner of Colonial Drive and Rickenbacher Drive will result in driveways and curbs being located above the underground cables, and therefore, it is necessary to relocate the underground cables. The purpose of the Amendment to License is to adjust the location/boundaries of the Licensed Premises in order to relocate the cables. GOAA has requested that the City execute three (3 ) originals of the Joinder to the Amendment to License.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Amendment to License Agreement and Joinder and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Joinder, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office.
