The Interlocal Agreement between: City of Orlando, City of Winter Garden, City of Ocoee, City of Maitland, City of Kissimmee, City of St. Cloud, City of Winter Park, Orange County Brd. of County Commissioners, Reedy Creek Improvement Dist. & Osceola County Brd. of County Comms.; collectively "Consortium." The Consortium agrees to jointly supporting the continuing operation, maintenance, and management of the Facility in support of

the Institute and training needs of Member Entities and participate in the 'Central Florida Fire Institute at Valencia.'

The Facility Sublicense Agreement between the City of Orlando and the agency "Valencia" to use the facilities at Mid-Florida Technical School (particularly described in Exhibit "B," attached), for fire training purposes subject to an in accordance with this Agreement and the Interlocal Agreement.
