City's Release of Reserved Easements re: Mears Project
Summary:
In conjunction with the redevelopment of property for the Mears' Project, the lessee, City Cab Company of Orlando, Inc., has requested that the City release certain utililty easements that were reserved when the City abandoned right of way for Ohio Avenue between Orange Blossom Trail and Rio Grande.  The owner's engineer has certfiied that there are no utility lines within the reserved easement area.  City staff have reviewed the issue and have no objection to the release.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Release and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
