In 1989, an easement was established in the name of the City of Orlando for the use and operation of a lift station along Orange Blossom Trail, north of Grand Street. The lift station is being abandoned as part of the Mears’ Project and the owner has requested that the City release the easement in order to clear title for redevelopment purposes. City staff have reviewed the release and have no objection.
