Facilities Management Division and Procurement and Contracts Division evaluated the submittals and recommends award to American Ecosystem, Inc., St. Petersburg, FL, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

The Contract term is for three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.  The  estimated amount for the initial three year term is $192,780.00.

No City-Certified M/WBE suppliers responded.

Recommended Action:

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into a contract with American Ecosystems, Inc., as indicated above, in the estimated amount for the initial three year term of $192,780.00 ($64,260.00 per year), subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
