A Final Minor Subdivision Plat titled Lavina Commercial

A request for final approval of a minor plat titled Lavina Commercial. This is a three lot replat to allow for future commercial development consistent with the previously approved Master Plan and Letter of Determination. The subject property is located at the northeast corner of Narcoossee and Dowden Roads and directly west of Via Lavina Lane within the Lavina Neighborhood. The property is approximately 9.98 acres (SUB2014-00010).

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorized signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
