Summary:
This is an Agreement between the Orlando Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service which allows OPD to participate on the Regional Fugitive Task Force by providing reimbursement for overtime spent on task force investigations in the amount of $125,000.00. The reimbursement expenses are funded by the U.S. Department of Justice, United States Marshals Service, Joint Law Enforcement Operations (JLEO).

Recommended Action:
Approval by City Council of the Agreement between the Orlando Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service regarding reimbursement of overtime for participation on the Regional Fugitive Task Force, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office and the Grants Development Supervisor.
