Summary:
The Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District (DSNID) Advisory Council held a meeting on April 9, 2014. Attached are the meeting minutes for consideration by the Board of Directors. The topics of discussion at this meeting included an update by the communication and administration consultants, updates on the mailings for an upcoming referendum, and information regarding agreements that allow tax-exempt properties to participate in the referendum.
The City Council must temporarily suspend it's meeting and convene a meeting of the DSNID Board of Directors to consider this item.
