The Mayor will call upon Chief Mina to introduce and recognize Sergeant Patrick Guckian as the NASW-FL Broward Unit's 2014 Citizen of the Year Award.
 
A photo will be taken with Sergeant Guckian and the Mayor and Chief Mina.
