This is a one lot replat to allow for future development of a charter school.  The subject property is generally located north of LeeVista Boulevard, south of Hoffner Avenue and west of S. Goldenrod Road and is approximately 10.0 acres (SUB2014-00003).

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorized signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
