Amendment 2 to Lease with the Orlando Federal Credit Union (OFCU) at City Hall.
Summary:
On January 26, 2004, City Council approved the lease of 521 square feet of space on the first floor of City Hall to the OFCU for the purpose of operating its credit union.  Amendment 1 extended the term of the agreement to January 31, 2014, on the same terms and conditions as in the original lease.  As proposed in the attached Amendment 2, the lease shall be extended again for another five (5) years on the same terms and conditions as in the original lease and previous amendment.  The new term of the Lease shall expire on January 31, 2019 and the rental rate shall continue at One Dollar ($1.00) per year.  OFCU provides a zero fee ATM for City Hall employees and guests.

Recommended Action:
Approval and authorization for the Mayor/Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute the 2nd Amendment, substantially in the form attached, subject to the review and approval of the City Attorney's Office.
