Baldwin Harbor Specific Parcel Master Plan Amendment.  The subject property is located on 1711 Jake Street and 1887 Jake Street.  Lot 626 is northeast of Jake Street, southeast of Lakemont Ave., southwest of Lake Baldwin and the Kady Way Trail and northwest of the commerical buildings.  Lot 629 is northeast of Jake Street, southeast of the commerical buildings, southwest of Welham Street and northwest of Lake Baldwin Lane.  Lot 626 is +/-4.55 acres, Lot 629 is +/- 5.45 acres; District 3.
Request for approval of a Specific Parcel Master Plan amendment for a 483-unit multifamily apartment project including the development and construction of two 4 story multifamily buildings with associated structured parking designed to serve the planned residential development, adjacent to the existing commerical uses in the Village Center.
