The Mayor and City Commissioners proclaim March 2014 as American Red Cross Month. The Mayor will call upon Manuel D. Soto, Emerg. Mgr. - Office of Emerg. Mgmt., who will present an overview regarding American Red Cross Month and introduce Karen Hagen, CEO of the American Red Cross and a few ARC volunteers.
