Summary:

A request for preliminary approval of a major plat titled Storey Park. This is the preliminary plat for the Wewahootee Planned Development site.  The subject property is generally located east of the Central Florida Greeneway (SR417), north of Moss Park Road and south of SR528.  The site is approximately 1,266 acres (SUB2014-00011).

Recommend approval of the preliminary major subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorized signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
