Summary:

A request for final approval of a minor plat titled Lake Nona South Towncenter Phase 1. This is a one lot replat to allow for development of the site.  The subject property is generally located south of the Central Florida Greeneway (SR417), northwest of Lake Nona Blvd and east of Boggy Creek Road.  The site is approximately 11.3 acres (SUB2012-00045).

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorized signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
