Summary:

A request for final approval of a minor replat titled East King Street - North Garage. This is a one lot replat to allow for the development of a parking structure.  The subject property is generally located on the north side of E. King Street, between McRae and Sanitarium Avenues and east of N. Orange Avenue. The site is approximately 1.9 acres (SUB2013-00051).

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision replat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorized signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
