Summary:

A request for final approval of a minor plat titled 37th Street Showroom Annex.  This is a one lot plat to allow for redevelopment of the site.  The subject property is generally located north and west of Interstate 4, east of Vineland Road and south of LB McLeod Road.  The site is approximately 1.4 acres (SUB2013-00012).
