A request for final approval of a minor plat titled Lake Nona South Parcel 22 C.  This is a one lot plat to allow for future multi-family development.  The subject property is located at the northeast corner of Tavistock Lakes Boulevard and Lake Nona Boulevard and is approximately 17.3 acres (SUB2014-00006).

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
