Summary:
Grandeville at Jubilee Park 1, LLLP, "Owner", owns certain property located at the southwest quadrant of Goldenrod Road and Lee Vista Boulevard, "Property", consisting of approximately 25 acres. Owner intends to develop the Property as a multifamily apartment project, "Project". In conjunction with development of the Project, the City must upgrade its waste water system in the area. To facilitate the upgrade, Owner has agreed to construct and install a lift station located on the east side of Goldenrod Road across from the Property. Owner will also ensure conveyance of the necessary easement to the City for operation of the lift station. Because the lift station will create a significant amount of excess waste water capacity, the Agreement provides for a Credit to the Owner in the amount of the Owner's cost to construct the lift station. This Credit may only be utilized to offset the sewer benefit fee assessed by the City for development of the Project. It is estimated that the construction cost of the lift station will be approximately $455,000.00 and the total sewer benefit fee for development of the Project will be $640,000.00. |

Fiscal & Efficiency Data:
Payment of the sewer benefit fee for the Project into Fund 4109_F will be partially offset by the Credit.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office. |
