Summary:
The Advisory Council of the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District (DSNID) met on December 13, 2017; attached are the meeting minutes. The main topic of discussion at the meeting was Orange Avenue Phase 1 construction project. This project will include resurfacing of Orange Avenue, new pedestrian crosswalks, landscaping and other complete street improvements. The DSNID Advisory Council gave their support for the main concept designs for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Orange Avenue project.

Acceptance of the Meeting Minutes of the December 13, 2017 meeting of the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District (DSNID) Advisory Council and proper filing by the City Clerk.
