Summary:
Jose and Geraldine Cardenas are the Owners of 1416-1420 E. Robinson Street (the “Property”) and sought two variances to resolve code enforcement violations relating to the front parking spaces on the Property. The variance application was heard by the Board of Zoning Adjustment (“BZA”) on February 23, 2016. The Owners through their representative filed a request for a quasi-judicial hearing requesting removal of the cross-access easement condition that was contained in the Staff Report (attached hereto) and voted upon by the BZA. All Parties have reached a Stipulated Settlement Order (attached hereto) pursuant to City Code Chapter 2, Article XXXII, Section 2.210, to remove the cross-access easement condition due to the existing Property and low intensity of use on the Property |
