Conditional Property Access Agreement between City of Orlando and CB&I Environmental and Infrastructure, Inc.
Summary:

CB&I Environmental and Infrastructure, Inc., is conducting remediation work on property located at 1226 West Jefferson Street and currently owned by TG Recycling, Inc.  In conjunction with the remediation activities, CB&I needs access to a small portion of the City's right-of-way for West Jefferson Street.  The attached Agreement authorizes such access and also requires CB&I to maintain insurance to cover any liability accruing to the City and to indemnify and hold the City harmless from any claim that may arise from CB&I's activities.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
