Joinder and Consent to Interlocal Agreement between Orange County and City of Winter Garden
Summary:

The City of Winter Garden is constructing improvements to the intersection of Stoneybrook West Parkway/Roberson Road and Windermere Road in unincorporated Orange County.  A fifty-four inch Water Conserv II transmission main owned by the City and Orange County, is located along the west side of Windermere Road, crossing the southern side of the intersection.  In conjunction with construction of the intersection improvements, the City of Winter Garden has agreed to install protective measures, including a concrete slab, over the transmission main.  The Interlocal Agreement authorizes the City of Orlando and Orange County to review and approve the construction plans and to inspect the completed improvements to ensure that sufficient protective measures have been designed and installed.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Interlocal Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute the Joinder and Consent to Interlocal Agreement, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
