Release of Easement - PBP Apartments, LLC
Summary:
PBP Apartments, LLC (PBP) has requested that OUC and the City release two blanket easements that were originally granted at no cost on August 6, 2012 and August 10, 2012.  Two new specific easements have been granted to include all OUC facilities within the area.  The easements being released are located east of Baldwin Park Lane and south of Meeting Place.

Recommended Action:

Approval of the attached Release of Easement – PBP Apartments, LLC and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
