Assignment of Drainage Easement Agreement between Myrtle Creek Improvement District and City of Orlando
Summary:

Pursuant to a Transportation Agreement entered into between the City of Orlando and Lake Nona on May 19, 2015, the City intends to assume ownership and maintenance of Wellspring Drive after Lake Nona's completion of the roadway.  Upon the City's assumption of ownership, the Myrtle Creek Improvement District will execute both of the attached Assignments of Drainage Easement Agreement between Myrtle Creek Improvement District and Lake Nona, to transfer ownership of the drainage facilities that serve Wellspring Drive to the City.  The attached Assignments will not become effective until the City inspects and approves Wellspring Drive under the terms of the Transportation Agreement.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Assignments and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
