Chief Mina will begin the presentation with some talking points about Child Abuse Awareness Month and then call upon Marie Martinez, Operations Manager of the Howard Phillips Center for Children and Families for a brief overview of the services offered.  Mayor Dyer will read the proclamation and take a photograph with Chief Mina and Ms. Martinez.
