Summary:

The Advisory Council for the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District (DSNID) met on March 9, 2016; attached are the meeting minutes.  The advisory council reviewed the revenues collected for 2016, reported on new development in the area, discussed possible development standards and stromwater plan projects, and discussed further visioning in league with the Downtown South Main Street Board.

Additionally, the Advisory Council acted to approve a modified management agreement between the NID and the Downtown South Main Street program.

Recommended Action:
Accepting the minutes for the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District advisory council for its January 13, 2016 meeting and the proper filing by the City Clerk.
