Summary:
The FY2015 Fire Prevention and Safety Grant is issued by the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The objective of the FY2015 Fire Prevention and Safety Grant is to enhance the safety of the public and firefighters with respect to fire and fire-related hazards by assisting fire prevention programs. OFD will be applying for approximately $25,000 to purchase smoke alarms and provide installation and training to residential homes within Orlando. |
