Renewal of Employment Agreement for Office Assistant - Monib Shihata

Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of employment contract for Mr. Monib Shihata for the Office Assistant position. Mr. Shihata will be responsible for maintaining and managing Permitting Services’ Scanning Project. He will be under the direction of the Permitting Services Manager. This position is included in the FY2016 and FY2017 budget as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about March 28, 2016 and ending March 27, 2017.
