The following sealed bids were received in response to the subject solicitation:

The project will consist of demolition of a portion of the existing parking lot and landscape islands and construction of new pavement to complete the expansion of the existing parking lot, including, but not limited to earthwork, erosion control, curb removal, construction of new asphalt, curbing and concrete sidewalks, striping and signage.  

The Procurement and Contracts Division and Fleet and Facilities Management Division have evaluated these bids and recommend award to RMS Constructors Group, LLC for the Dubsdread Golf Course Parking Lot Improvements project.

The bids were reviewed by the M/WBE office for compliance with the program.  RMS Constructors Group, LLC M/WBE Participation Plan for this contract is as follows:

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to execute a contract with RMS Constructors Group, LLC, in the amount of $236,442.50, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
