Summary:
In December, 2015, the City entered into a Reciprocal Quitclaim Deed and First Amendment to Easement Agreement, "Agreement," with Lake Hart Storage, LLC, "Lake Hart." The Agreement provided for Lake Hart's modification of a City stormwater pond in conjunction with development of property in unincorporated Orange County. As a condition of recording Lake Hart's plat, which is necessary for development of the property, the City must execute the attached Joinder and Consent to Dedication. The Joinder and Consent does not adversely impact the City's rights under the Agreement. |
